The Japan Railfan Club (鉄道友の会, Tetsudō Tomonokai) is a railfan group in Japan that has been active since November 1953. It presents the Blue Ribbon Award as well as the Laurel Prize, and previously presented the Evergreen Award.
Rail Fan newsletter[edit]
Bimonthly, a newsletter called Rail Fan, which was first published in January 1954, is mailed out to members - it contains information on its activities, reports on research by its members, railroad news, and other topics.
