Amanotes is a mobile application publisher, headquartered in Singapore with office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The company was founded in 2014 by Vo Tuan Binh and Nguyen Tuan Cuong. The publisher offers free-to-play music-centric mobile apps for Android and iOS. Their products are ranked #1 on over 140 countries and territories.[1] As of May 2020, apps released by Amanotes were downloaded over 1 billion times.[2]

History

Amanotes was founded with the slogan "Everyone can Music". The co-founders shared the vision of creating technology that brings musical interactive experiences to people.

As of 2018, Amanotes recorded 150 million downloads. Cuong Nguyen was featured in Forbes Vietnam’s 30Under30 in February 2020. The company’s goal is to build a complete music ecosystem where people can interact with music in many different ways.

Their apps on iOS and Android received 1 billion downloads by May 2020. As of May 2020, Amanotes had 95 million monthly active users, and 15 million daily active users.

Artist Collaboration

In July 2020, Amanotes announced a partnership with YG Entertainment to include songs from Blackpink, Big Bang, and iKon in over 15 music game apps. In August 2020, their Magic Tiles 3 game partnered with TheFatRat to feature a curated playlist and customized level design for the German EDM artist. Later in October 2020, the publisher also announced a partnership with Monstercat label.
