Michael Araki is a polymathic researcher with emphasis on the domains of Business Administration, Psychology and Economics. He is a Professor at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), Lecturer in MBA courses, and Panelist, having participated in conferences such as the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, SOU Creativity Conference, EnAnpad, AdCont, and SemeAd. His Master’s thesis "Polymathic Leadership: Theoretical Foundation and Construct Development" (2015), his article "Polymathy: a New Outlook" (2018), published in the Journal of Genius and Eminence, and his academic presentation "Polymathy at the heart of creativity (2018)" are already references in the fledgling field of polymathy studies. He is a published author in the fields of Economics, Psychology and Management, reviewer for the journals Sociedade, Contabilidade e Gestão and Cadernos de Gestão e Empreendedorismo. Finally, he is also experienced as Director of SMEs, Professional presenter, ERP consultant, Business consultant and English teacher.
