Mike Bayer was born on September 19, 1979, in Long Beach, California. Mike grew up the youngest of 3 siblings in Laguna Hills, California. Athletics was a big emphasis growing up Mike Bayer became captain of the basketball team at the prestigious athletic high school Mater Dei High School. At a young age, Mike struggled with substance abuse and got sober in 2002 where his passion for recovery, personal development, and mental health began.
