By August 15th, 2012 the U.S. Canada Education Working Group Communications Process is supported with sufficient communications infrastructure to ensure the working group, its task forces and important external stakeholders can openly share a ubiquitous flow of essential information necessary to achieve Phase I objectives and prepare for Phase II execution.
