Desired Effect[edit]

By August 15th, 2012 the U.S. Canada Education Working Group Deliberation and Decision Process ensures the working group and its task forces have the infrastructure and governance necessary to generate/support open, collaborative decisions and recommendations that fairly represent the interests of all members of the working group. Critical recommendations and decisions are resolved through timely, effective, structured and transparent discussions. All working group members are aligned around critical recommendations and decisions.
