2. Directly contradictory wrt next sentence.

3. Statement is fully exclusive, no exceptions. Inflexible, disallows compromise.

4. Claims to be policy, but not listed in 'WP:Policy Full Index'. Published?

5. Contrary reliable sources (UK gov. Ministers, Britannia, AB Counties etc) presented by objectors to para are rejected as unofficial and/or fringe. Supporters are the 'fringe'?
