Hello. This is an account I set up to suggest changes on articles related to the United Hospital Fund of New York (UHF). I am an employee of UHF; my suggestions will be made on behalf of the organization and in consultation with my colleagues there. I am aware of Wikipedia’s COI policies and related guidelines, and I will abide by them.

UHF is a nonprofit health policy research and grantmaking organization based in New York City. In 2013 I noticed that someone created a United Hospital Fund article containing numerous inaccuracies. My primary goal in setting up this account was to help correct those inaccuracies. When our published research would serve as a useful and neutral third-party source for other articles on health policy, I may also suggest adding references to it, while remaining clear and upfront about potential conflicts of interest.

I’ll be asking for assistance from experienced editors and the community at large to ensure that I am approaching this transparently and appropriately.
