Srinakarin Train Market (or Secon Train Market; Thai: ตลาดรถไฟศรีนครินทร์) is art tourist attraction in Bangkok. It is a new night market that has moved from Chatuchak (or Jatujak; Thai: จตุจักร) Train market, which was originally located near Chatuchak Weekend Market^[1] then this area of Srinakarin Train Market was called that “Suansri market”, but now it is frequently called “Train Market”. Moreover, it has a new outlook to become a shopping source without expensive prices.

Overview[edit]

Inside the area of Srinakarin Train Market is divided into two main zones including plaza zone and outdoor marketing zone both of which are open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 5.00pm. to 01.00pm.

Plaza zone[edit]

In front of Srinakarin Train Market will find the plaza zone. Inside of plaza zone has various products such as teen clothing for males and females, second-hand clothes, shoes, bags, decorations and furniture. This zone has both outside and indoor areas; the indoor area has many stores as the same with the outside area. Moreover, it has a various drinking stores such as coffee shops, tea shops, sweet drinking shops, and drink shops.

Outdoor marketing zone[edit]

Outdoor marketing zone is a large art zone that has many goods to sell such as foods, appliances, second-hand goods, rare collectables, antique toys, furniture for decorations, antique cars, spares of the antique car, classic bicycles, and vintage clothes. For those who like taking a picture they can take an unlimited amount. A hi-light of Srinakarin Train Market is the vintage style decoration.

There are three methods of transportation to get to Srinakarin Train Market.

By Bus, the bus lines that pass are 133, 145, 206, 207, 537, and 1013.
By BTS Skytrain, this way is easy the one way for using public transportations that go to Udomsuk station and transfer with taxi or motorcycle for go to Srinakarin Train Market.
By personal car, there are three routes.

Phatthanakan-On Nut Road, this market will be locating left hand side.
Udomsuk or called Sukhumvit103 Road, market will be locating right hand side.
Srinakarin Road, location of market locates as the same Udomsuk or Sukhumvit103 Road.
