Background[edit]

I am a student at the University of Cincinnati studying to be a nurse. I have always lived around the Chicago area so it is a nice change to be in a new city for school. Currently, I am working at a senior living home on the memory care unit. I help to assist the residents with activities of daily living. My interests include running, hiking, roller blading, hammocking, slack lining, and national parks. My love for national parks started when my family and I took our first road trip out west to Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. It was such an amazing experience to see such a different side of the United States. My favorite, by far, was when we stayed in Utah because the landscaping there is so beautiful. My family has two Australian shepherds and they are my prized possession. Their names are Chloe and Tess and they are currently 12 years old. I have grown up with them by my side and I can't imagine a life without dogs. Honestly, when I am away from home, I can say that I miss my dogs more than I miss my parents. I am looking forward to contributing to Wikipedia.
