The Decapping complex is often referred to as the Decapping scavenger enzyme (DcpS). This helps in the degradation of mRNA which is pertinent to gene expression. [1]


I chose this article because while it was short it still had a good basis of information to work with. It is deemed as a stub so there is plenty of room for edit and to add my own research to it.
