BIOGRAPHY. Munguacel Rogers is a young celebrated Ugandan Economist who is quickly rising in the field of Economics and business studies. He grew up in a village called Jupalei in Ragem parish but hails from the village of pajago, Pumit parish all within Wadelai sub-county in the newly created district of Pakwach, formerly under the jurisdiction of Nebbi district in the Westnile sub-region. He was born on 1st September 1991 to Mr. Peter Okot (R.I.P) and Mrs. Albina Auma.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND. Attended: PRIMARY LEVEL- Pumit Primary School (Wadelai sub-county, Pakwach district), Kivujje Primary School (Panyimur sub-county, Pakwach district), Ali Ragem Primary School (Wadelai Sub-county, Pakwach district) and Nyacara Primary school (Nebbi Municipality, Nebbi district); SECONDARY LEVEL- St. Peter and Paul Seminary school (Arua district), Millennium Universal College (Tororo district) and Rock High School (Tororo district); UNIVERSITY LEVEL- Makerere University (Kamapala, Uganda, for Bachelors degree in Economics) and currently University of Toronto (Toronto, Canada, completing Masters degree in Financial Economics).

CAREER: Carried out his field attachment at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED), Kamapala, Uganda; worked with Uganda Bureau Of Statistics (UBOS), Kamapala, Uganda and also as a Teaching Assistant at the College of Business and Management Sciences (CoBAMS), Makerere University, Kamapala, Uganda; and currently conducting thesis at World Bank for the award of Masters degree in Financial Economics).

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS. Munguacel Rogers is a gifted writter who has authored one book already and several articles published in leading dailies of Uganda. He is also a human right activist and the founder of Child Education Support Organization (CESO), a Ugandan based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page). pioneering the education and and general welfare of less privileged children majorly orphans in Westnile.
