history of lusata[edit]

The history of the lusata is originated in zambia where all mafwe are coming from. before our first king in Zamibia we were having king Mwanambinyi king king Liwanika and the line goes on up to the current balozi king Inyambo. when we migrated from zambia to the region caprive and was called linyandi it where mafwe went and settle the build houses, and the did not foget. From the first leaders of mafwe Simataa Mamili to whe we are now we are still commemorate our beloved leaders these who are dead and the who are still alive today in the Linyant district. Lusata is a stick which unites all mafwe.[1]

Finally, we appreciate to the way the lusata organisers and the king him self for proving us with the big annual fastival. For it to become a big event in NAmibia Caprivian have to support each other and stop tribalism amoung them self, The should also rise funds that can help these who are dancing in order to motivate them[2].
