Jumeirah park is the new residential community by Nakheel,being built between Sheikh Zayed Road Interchange 5 and 6.Spreading over an area of 370 hectares the community comprises more than 2,000 three, four and five-bedroom villas combined with parks, eco-friendly green spaces and other amenities.The project was launched in september 2006 and the Construction was started in early 2007, and the project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2009.Jumeirah park is centered between Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Village, and Jumeirah Golf Estates. The community upon completion will comprise community centre,a department store, bank, post office, pharmacy and cafes, as well as a shopping centre including a restaurants,a Jumaa Masjid and a number of local masjids.Estimated population of the community will be 10,000.
