Al wasl city is the mixed use developemnt currently in planning stages, the developemnt will span over an area of 600,000 Sq ft in the locality of Al wasl in Dubai, UAE. The developemet when completed will include 8, 32-floors apartments, serviced apartments, and a 5-star hotel, which will be operated by the prominent chain.One of the residential tower will house 500-room hotel and will host 500 serviced apartments.Out of 8 residential towers two towers will be for commercial use and the remaining will be residential. The developemnt also includes the Malls, which will cover a total of 240,000 Sq ft.The mall is named Zabeel Mall which is expected to be built on an area of 1.5 million Sq ft, includeing two basement floors.The mall upon completion will have food court, coffe shops, eight restaurants, entertainment centre, eight screen cinema, entertainment complex, and tha mall will have around 280 retail stores.Thw whole developemnt is currently in planning stages with the commencement of construction is expected in six months, The Zabeel mall and Royal mall are already under construction.The duration period of Al wasl city is 30 months with a total cost of AED 2.1 billion.
