MASABA AND SEELA WITH THEIR THREE SONS (MWAAMBU,MUBUUYA AND WANAALE) Masaaba land locally known as gishu('ingisu' meaning local thing) is believed to have been brought to a know by masaba and seela who had three son mwaambu mubuuya and wanaale forming his family known as'inchu ye masaba'meaning HOUSE OF MASABA.The three sons later formed their own farmily heads making them to seperate to different parts of mount masaaba in both Uganda and Kenya with a greater aim of farming.

Later on due to increase in production, they were forced to form into clans according to the first three family heads making atotal of 26 clans.(not mentioned since its a brief).

They all go by one most prominent culture 'imbaalu' and 'kadodi' dance brought up by masaba as experiement of the snake known as 'iye byee-byee' with the stone.

Since then bamasaba have been under kingdom system though not inheritable like others. Honor of the heads have been changed with time and regime.

Now known us 'umukuuka' who is incharge of 'inchu ye masaba' with the 26 clan heads.
