hypertension is a blood pressure of 140/90mmHg or more, based on at least two readings on separate occasions. lifestyle, degree of urbanization, family history, blood cholesterol, diabetes mellitus, pre-existing vascular diseases. According to Mlunde,[1]

hypertension should be introduced in school, so that patient will have a broad knowledge on what to do and what not to do. Manufacture should be encouraged to make products for hypertension patients.
