Neil Michael Stamper was born in 1952 (some say he was created by design).

He hated school.

Neil was an editor to the UK public sector:

He has been a personal-computer owner since 1987.

Neil now lives in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, Scotland.

He has been a sub-editor on Wikipedia since 2005.

Neil is the proud possessor of a free bus pass.

Qualifications: he has a BSc (ecological science) Hons Resource Management, a postgraduate diploma in IT, and a City & Guilds in educating adults.
