Australasian shoveler
The Australasian shoveler (Spatula rhynchotis) is a species of dabbling duck in the family Anatidae. It is native to southwestern and southeastern Australia, including Tasmania, and New Zealand. It ranges in length from 46 to 53 centimetres (18 to 21 inches) and lives in heavily vegetated swamps. This male Australasian shoveler was photographed in the Goulds Lagoon Wildlife Sanctuary in Granton, Tasmania.Photograph credit: John Harrison

My interests

[edit]

As amateur radio I have been licensed since 1994 using now CW qrp and RTTY and occasionally other digital modes. I'm using French, English and Spanish to communicate. My hobbies are collecting photos of official post boxes from everywhere especially the pillar boxes because I suffer from puxisdiphterophily (don't worry it is good for health !).
I am also interested in heraldry. My other interests are astronomy and rugby. For further info please wait to let me time to write down on this page. See you soon ! ¡ Hasta pronto ! À bientôt !
