Here's a list of mistakes I have made. Do you know of any more? Please, message me, and I will add them.

I'm always forgetting to add to this page, so seriously, it won't just be because I don't want to add it because it is too embarrassing or something (see #8, heh), please do message me if you think something should be added.


  1. Reversion of Eve (rapper) back to an incorrect date (diff: [1] talk: [2])
  2. Reversion of a correct revision on Biuret test which actually was fact correcting work in itself (diff: [3])
  3. Reversion of P.O.D. related articles/templates, where it seems the user was trying to fix incorrect information (diff: [4], [5] talk: [6])
  4. Utter failure to notice FUR not in template (diff: [7])
  5. 'Complaints' to 'Compliants', blame the edit on me being half asleep and operating AWB (diff: [8])
  6. I looked at the edit, let it through, and then pressed 'q' instead of the space bar. Good job me. (diff: [9])
  7. Level 4 warning for vandalism when it really should have been a lower one for editing tests, or no warning at all (diff: [10])
  8. I can't even begin to explain this one (diff: [11])
  9. Tagging stuff instead of fixing it myself (thanks to Adrian Lamo for pointing this out) (diff: [12], [13])
  10. Huggle decided that despite the warning title being 'Warn [ip]' it would warn the person reverting the edits (diff: [14])
  11. Reading diffs back to front is a personal hobby of mine (diff: [15])
  12. Not seeing context for sic name (diff: [16])

  14. On ACC, I misinterpreted an email as being fake (diff: [18])
  15. Bad {{db-spam}} tagging (diff: [19])
  16. Inappropriate AfD snowball close at an AfD (diff: [20])
