Sultan Muliloda "Abdul Hakeem" Macarangcat Dimaporo Datumulok,(born 1938, died on March 2013) was the eldest son of the late Datumulok and Bae Lupac. He is the 1st Mayor at the same time Sultan of the Royal House of Binidayan. He is married to Bae Omensalam Maruhomsalic Benito, daughter of Datu Orangot, and the father of Former Mayors Punudaranao "Panny" Benito Datumulok of Binidayan and Anwar "Magnum" Benito Datumulok of Pagayawan. Two of his daughters Mrs. Saphidaon B. Datumulok-Camid was the wife of former Assemblyman Ismael Camid and Mrs. Omaidah Benito Datumulok-Radiam wife of former Reional Director of Department of Transportation and Communications Dimnatang "Dhim" Musa Radia, a former Kabataan ng Masang Pilipino (KAMPIL) Party-list nominee and mayoralty candidate of the municipality of Binidayan.

He is respected by the elders of Lanao del Sur, for his contributions as a Municipal mayor, Sultan and a cousin of the late Governor Ali Dimaporo. He is very known as a down to earth leader and a brave man for his constituents.

The death of the Sultan He died at Polymedic Medical Plaza, Cagayan de Oro City due to heart attck. He was buried beside his cousin the late Governor Ali Dimaporo in his homtown, Binidayan, Lanao del Sur. During his death all of the people of his hometown mourned and cried for the death of the sultan.
