The Stanford LEAD is a one-year online executive program of Stanford Graduate School of Business with periodic meet-ups organized on Stanford campus each year, the Me2We[1]. LEAD stands for Learn, Engage, Accelerate, and Disrupt. LEAD leverages Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty and curriculum. It addresses experienced managers facing challenges of transformation and innovation, in various industries, worldwide. It delivers a professional certificate.

Campus[edit]

The curriculum leverages virtual learning platforms that mirrors a classroom experience. It enables flexible time management for the participants to learn, but also reserves time for live sessions, small group discussions, Q&A or discussions with course facilitators. It uses the most advanced tools in the field of education, such as the NovoEd platform [3].

The faculty offices are located in the Knight Management Center, within the greater Stanford campus.

Alumni & Statistics[edit]

Since its creation, Stanford LEAD gathered enrolled 2400 participants[4]:

  • 2016 Pioneers cohort, 85 professionals[5]
  • 2021 Voyagers cohort, 534 professionals

The latest VOYAGER cohort consists of 534 students from 65 countries, representing 379 industries across 33 industries. Average age is 41 and 36% are women[6].

LEAD alumni keep a living community around initiatives such as the LISA Incubator[7], a start-up accelerator which leverages on the extensive alumni community.
