Nicole Wray's fourth studio album (once tentatively entitled Young, Talented, and Beautiful)[2] will feature production by Focus, Drumma Boy, Trey Setta, Gangsta Grillz, and Dame Grease.

Background[edit]

After two unreleased albums, Wray released her InDepenDance Day mixtape. Wray stated on the mixtape that she is works on a new album. Wray also had stated that she team up with superproducer Focus as the main collaborator and that he would be one of following producer on her album. On October 2007, Wray told Spotlight Grooves that album has not been decided, but her and Focus are going make people feel the music like on her first album Make It Hot. Wray didn't want to reveal to much information about the album, but she said that she will be taking it back to Mary J. Blige's What's the 411? days. In the interview, Wray describe the album as, "Malotic and Soulful and she really going to take it to the streets."

According to Wray, the LP will be released in spring of 2008.

In March 2007, Wray released a track called Dear Father which was produced by Seven. The song was entended to be lead single of album but was put back into works[3]. In January 2008, Wray released Stand Up which was confirmed to be lead single of the album[4][5] .
