There is no such mathematical formula to find shillong teer numbers. However, this site is having Night Teer Juwai Formula – Counter Result – Target – Common – Yesterday all the information regarding to the Night teer Juwai formula.

There doesn’t seem to be a mathematical formula. I looked at half a dozen websites referencing “Night Teer Juwai Numbers” and there appears to be an algorithm based on previous numbers and using the digits present in the numbers. But there’s no general formula as far as I can tell.

None of those websites actually say what Shillong Teer numbers are used for, but related sites make it look like they’re part of a lottery. Is that the case?
