Who is NIYONGIRA Norbert? NIYONGIRA Norbert born in Rwanda on 08th February,1994 in Gakenke District, Northern Province. He was born in the middle income family of eight children i.e four girls and four boys where he was the seventh child. Norbert's father was a teacher, he studied the primary school at KIRYAMO primary school from 2000 to 2006 where he went in secondary school at JANJA high school from 2007 to 2009. He finished the advanced level at SAINT JOSEPH KABGAYI at MUHANGA in the combination of MCB where he got the scholarship of going to the former KIGALI HEALTH INSTITUTE that in 2013 became COLLEGE OF MEDICINE AND HEALTH SCIENCES one of the colleges of the UNIVERSITY OF RWANDA(UR)to study NURSING.

In 2017 Norbert graduated from University of Rwanda with a Bachelor' degree with Honors in Nursing. At University was singing in the Catholic choir of students from KHI called ECHO DES ANGES the best choir in Nyarugenge Campus. At University, he participated in different events including the First Africa WHO forum held in KIGAlI, June,2017 and was the one of founder members of NMSAR, the association of nursing student in Rwanda.
