The Morgan Beatus is a manuscript which is reproduced of all the illuminations of the Commentary on the Spanish Apocalypse. It is reproduced of 644 manuscripts for the monks of San Miguel de Escalada illustrated by Maius or Magius. The original idea or story came from Beatus hence Morgan Beatus a monk of San Martin de Turieno. [1] According to the stylistic feature of the artwork and cultural innovation it is taken place in the territories of Iberian peninsula. [2] The script is now at The Pierpont Morgan Library who was purchased by Pierpont Morgan. It is one of the oldest complete copy of the Spanish doomsday. Thanks to the illustrator the recognition of the Spanish Apocalypse will be here for many years to come.
