[2] On the 16th December, 2010, he performed a demo version of "[Villain]" in front of a live audience at the Jaanz School of Singing Sydney Showcase [3]and won the "VIP Industry Award" presented to him by Michael Parisi and renowned soul singer David Jaanz . History[edit]

Beginnings[edit]

NOA, known then as George Aligiannis, began singing at the age of 8 at Bankstown Performing Arts School Choir in 2001. [5] It was here that he was chosen as a soloist among thousands of other students from Sydney, singing a cover of Elvis' (I just want to be your Teddy Bear). It was due to this performance that he was chosen to sing with then [Australian Idol] finalist [Paulini Curuenavuli] at the upcoming school choir show in that district. [6]

2010: NOA and Villain[edit]

In collaboration with [T.Tofa], NOA has created a new variable sound of pop music and a new persona. [7]

Being chosen to sing in the 2010 Jaanz School of Sining Showcase with "Villain", NOA "proved his performance skills and his vocal ability to be amazing..." (Principal [8] [David Jaanz]). It was on the night of this performance that he was honoured with the Jaanz VIP Industry Award which resulted in the offer to join British record label [Juicy Musik]. [9] However, this offer also sparked an interesting offer from newly created Sydney Label TooFar Productions. NOA decided to stay in Sydney and sign with the latter record company to record and work on his debut album and single.

2011: Pre-Promotions, Hibernation, Korean Interest and Present[edit]

In 2011 NOA continued to promote on social networking sites such as [YouTube] and [Facebook] and was forced to step away from the Australian music scene to focus on writing and the HSC. [10], [11]

NOA performed his demo "Villain", released prior on the 26th October 2010, [12] at the Cronullla Spring Festival on the 9th of September 2011. [13] Spotted wearing a black and white varsity jacket with his initials, [14] and [Jeremy Scott] [Adidas] winged sneakers, [15] the Australian crowds grew by 5000 people that day.

As news online spread of his first live performance, [Korean] tv show [Kpop Superstar] offered NOA a place on their show in September 2011. [16] However due to final exams, he could not attend.

He performed an album track "Enemy" on the 19th December 2011 at the 2011 Jaanz School of Singing Showcase and is releasing his single in 2012.
