Article Evaluation: Pressure Ulcer B rating, needs some improvement but does not have major issues

Introduction: Shear- Link? "it is widely believe that other factors can influence.." is this supported by evidence? No citations first 4 paragraphs. Poor grammar is distracting. Most of the introduction is superfluous and covered in different sections of the article.

Classification: Perhaps patho/causes section of article should come first for layman? Citation for stages? Is this much in depth information necessary for a wiki article? Citation for statistics?

Cause: No citations " Ulcers due to external pressure occur over the sacrum and coccyx, followed by the trochanter and the calcaneus(heel)." Pressure ulcers can form anywhere there is pressure, not exclusively at bony prominences.

Pathophysiology: Need source for first paragraph. Medicare reimbursement is not relevant to pathophysiology. Common sites for pressure ulcers have been mentioned twice already in article. Biofilm paragraph 1 needs source.

Prevention: Redistributing pressure paragraph 2 needs source. Second paragraph under support services section is irrelevant to this subtopic.

Nutrition: Vitamin C section needs citation. Skin care is not relevant to nutrition, also an ulceration at a pressure point is considered a pressure ulcer regardless of causation.

Treatment: International guidelines has already been mentioned in this article. "Reliable scientific evidence to support the use of many of these interventions, though, is lacking" This sentence is vague and potentially misleading. Which specific treatments are unsupported by evidence?

Debridement: Need sources for entire section with the exception of biologic debridement, which has been cited.

Complications: Need source for entire section.
