SFLVault is a free and open source software client/server program for storing passwords.
Design
[edit]Because the client and the server are written in Python, it can be installed on any operating system. Nevertheless, for the moment it is more oriented for Linux than other platforms (the GUI is less usefull than the command line, some features are linked to ssh)
Features
[edit]- free (as in beer and speech) : GPL licence
- tcp/ip client/server architecture : you can share easily your password database across an organisation (or internet)
- written in python, and so can be installed on any platform
- ACL: You can create users and group, and restrain each items (login/password) to a group of users
