User:O.lowe2010/Common love theory

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The common love theory was developed in response to the overwhelming amount of children being diagnosed with autistic disorders such as ADHD. The theory is as follows,

Living with someone isn't about what label someone's thinking is . It's about that person and who they Are inside and how they feel

You can label any difference in Anyone with something but loves One thing and true love isn't written In books or shown on television

Love isn't based on something a doctors Said. People should be treated for What they are and if people really love Each other they don't argue much, It's common nature.

Origins of the theory

The text first appeared on a Facebook discussion about how having a child with ADHD is very difficult. The theory appeared on the forum in retaliation to a users comments about her son. A huge interest erupted in the theory, attracting over 3000 comments of varying opinion (see opinions and controversy section). The writer was master omar JE lowe who is thought to have high functioning ADHD.

Copyright and intellectual property rights debate

For some months after the theory arose on Facebook people where unsure on the source of the text however after two months nobody had discovered the theory anywhere else. Despite the argument on ownership the theory was openly published according to facebooks discussion rules. At current the actual statement is owned by omar lowe.

Scientific controversy

The theory contradicts certain scientific views on the meaning of love. The theory states "but loves one thing". This contradicts many beliefs that you can love somebody in many ways (ie. Love as a friend.)

Opinions and controversy

When the theory was published on Facebook many users responded to it differently. The comment received 276 likes in two weeks. Despite the likes many people also were hostile towards the theory, some claiming it makes parents look bad. However, many positive comments also followed most agreeing with the statement.

Unfortunately the discussion in which contained the theory on Facebook is now closed. The closing is not believed to be linked with this theory.
