Ice Miller LLP is a law firm in the United States. It was founded in 1910. It is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana and has additional offices in Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Ohio, DuPage County, New York City and Washington D.C.. The firm employs more than 300 lawyers. Ice Miller's practice areas include: corporate, intellectual property, bankruptcy, lobbying, labor and employment, litigation, employee benefits, environment, tax, trusts and estates, real estate, municipal finance, public affairs and government law.

The firm was founded in 1910 in Indianapolis, Indiana under the name of Henley Matson and Gates. In 1929, Harry Ice joined the firm. Following a series of name changes, in the 1950s, the firm operated as Ross McCord Ice and Miller. The firm changed its name to Ice Miller Donadio and Ryan in 1963. In 2000, the firm changed its name to Ice Miller.[3][4]
In 2014, the firm grossed $157.4 million in revenue, with profits per partner equaling $605,000.[2]
