Section One Section One is the administrative body for competition in public High school athletics for Westchester,Rockland,Putnam and parts of Dutchess County in New York State.Section one crowns Sectional champions through a playoff and sends representatives to state competition. Section one includes 85 schools which can then be divided into different leagues and classes for competition.
