Welcome to my user page! Please feel free to look around!

When I first came here, my main interest was Astronomy, but I found that there's a great group of wikipedians who keep it covered, and beat me to editing all the time. Now I'm working on topics that cover the geography, history, and people of the Middle East. It's a very important region and Wikipedia contains a limited amount of information about it.

I'm an active contributor at the Graphic Lab, where you can make requests to improve or create images, illustrations and maps. You can see samples of my work below, or check out my Gallery for a comprehensive collection.

Articles

Among the Middle East articles, my focus now is on the Levant and the Gulf countries. Sources are scarce, especially in English. So if you know of any, I'd appreciate if you notify me.

My current To-Do List:

Create lists of all populated places in the Levant countries.
Create articles for the large or important towns and villages, and expand articles of cities.
Articles of historical figures (especially those red-linked).
Military History articles, especially wars, revolts and battles before the Arab-Israeli conflict.
Finding images to illustrate all of the above.
