 Russia Moscow 27–28 August 2019 Met with Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and took stock of preparations of the Prime Minister's upcoming visit to Vladivostok.  Maldives Malé 3–4 September 2019 Called on President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and Speaker of the Parliament Mohamed Nasheed. Held bilateral talks with Foreign Minister Abdulla Shahid and witnessed the signing of the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty on criminal matters and also jointly laid the foundation stone of the new Chancery building of the Embassy of India in the Diplomatic Enclave in Hulhumale. Also participated in the Indian Ocean Conference 2019. Also called on Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe and met with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade of Mauritius Nando Bodha and Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman Sayyid bin Hamad Albusaidi on the side-lines of the Conference.
 Indonesia Jakarta 4–6 September 2019 Met with Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi and discussed gamut of bilateral relations and global and regional issues of mutual interest. Also held bilateral meetings with other senior ministers of Indonesia.
 Singapore Singapore 6–10 September 2019 Co-chaired the 6th Meeting of Joint Ministerial Committee (JMC) with Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan. Called on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat and met with other senior ministers. Also participated in the Business and Innovation event being organised by the Indian High Commission.
 Finland Helsinki 19–21 September 2019 Met with Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto. Called on President Sauli Niinistö and Prime Minister Antti Rinne. Also meet with parliamentarians and delivered a speech on "India and the World - Priorities of Indian Foreign Policy" at Finnish Institute of International Affairs. Also unveiled the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Finland that was gifted by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations to the Government of Finland to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi being celebrated globally.
 Serbia Belgrade 7–9 November 2019 Met and held bilateral delegation level talks with First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dačić. Also called on President Aleksandar Vučić and President of the National Assembly Maja Gojković.
 Netherlands Amsterdam 9–11 November 2019 Met with Foreign Minister Stef Blok and interacted with the Chair Pia Dijkstra and other members of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives.
 France Paris 11–12 November 2019 Met with Europe and Foreign Affairs Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas. Called on President Emmanuel Macron and attended the Paris Peace Forum summit.
 Japan Aichi, Nagoya 22–23 November 2019 Attended G20 Foreign Minister's Meeting and met with Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi.  Italy Rome 6–8 December 2019 Attended 5th edition of the Mediterranean Dialogue (MED) and met with Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio and Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs Manlio Di Stefano. Called on Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte. Also held bilateral meetings with Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz, Slovenian Foreign Minister Miro Cerar, Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister Kenji Wakamiya, and European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs Paolo Gentiloni.
 United States Washington, D.C. 17–18 December 2019 Participated in the second annual India-US 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue along with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Met and held bilateral talks with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Secretary of Defense Mark Esper. Also called on President Donald Trump.
 Canada Ottawa 19–20 December 2019 Met with Foreign Minister François-Philippe Champagne and called on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
