You should read and understand this before you create your first article - it should help you with anything you need. Good luck! ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 23:45, 1 January 2015 (UTC)

- The reversion I made was due to having no source provided with the content you added. All you need to do is provide a reliable source with your edit, and you're good to go. See Wikipedia's policies on verifiability (specifically providing a reliable source) if you need help. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 01:21, 7 January 2015 (UTC)
Port Orford, Oregon
Hi Oshwah,
I think maybe I made a mistake (I've never edited a wikipedia page before). I wanted to add Eli Clare under Notable Residents. Eli is a queer and disability justice activist who is from Port Orford. He also has a wikipedia page that I was trying to link to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eli_Clare
- Good afternoon to you! The fact that you were bold and edited an article is perfectly fine. We encourage you to be bold and we generally welcome you to edit. However, the reason that I reverted your particular edit was due to your word usage of "is a queer" in the edit. This introduces both neutral point of view and biography of living persons violations, as that word is prejorative and is not the reason in which that person is notable. Under Wikipedia's biography of living persons policy alone, any edit that violates it must be immediately removed, which is what I did. "Eli is a disability justice activist who is from Port Orford." is a considerable alternative to the original edit. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 20:05, 8 January 2015 (UTC)
Grimmtastic Girls
I don't mean to be rude, but can you please stop deleting the edits I make to the Grimmtastic Girls wiki page? I'm trying to expand it and make it better. I know my edits might not look finished, but I promise you I will finish them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Scarlet Yineala (talk • contribs) 04:57, 17 January 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Scarlet Yineala. Please accept my humble apologies. I think my reversion was the result of pressing the wrong button. Please feel free to undo my edit, and do not hesitate to let me know if I can assist you with anything. Happy editing! ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 06:24, 18 January 2015 (UTC)
Dealing with CAT:SHADOW
Hi! When moving a file which shadows Commons, please follow these steps:
- After moving the file, remember to remove the {{ShadowsCommons}} template from the file information page. You forgot to do this with at least File:Razvilka Old Square.jpg.
- After moving the file, remember to update all file links. You forgot to do this with at least File:Electron Transport Chain.png.
- After moving the file, remember to nominate the redirect for speedy deletion. Otherwise, we have a redirect which continues to shadow Commons.
- Avoid moving files listed for deletion. When you moved File:Electron Transport Chain.png, a bot updated the section header automatically, but various other links in the deletion discussion still refer to the old file name. Also, the section link on the uploader's talk page still refers to the old file name. If the file ends up being deleted, the conflict will be solved anyway. --Stefan2 (talk) 21:05, 30 January 2015 (UTC)
- Hi, Stefan2. Please accept my apologies. I messaged you on your talk page asking if I'm doing something wrong with the WP:FMV process and I didn't realize that you had already left me this message here! I guess it's just one of those days :-). I really appreciate that you took the time to extensively point out exactly which steps I am failing to complete with the file moving procedure. I was just approved for the flag yesterday, so I'm still on that learning curve... haha. The directions listed in the WP:FMV/W section didn't seem complete when I was doing some file moving. Maybe I'm missing where the complete and full steps are listed. Again, thank you. I'll go back and fix what you haven't already :-) ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 00:38, 31 January 2015 (UTC)

thanks for your message. it's hard to be contructive about someone who was destructive. what he was furthering didn't even make sense. he was using his individualism to make his statements about world government requiring the removal of individualism. that is insanity. how do you speak contructively about an insane person? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:C54B:AA10:24C8:231C:E1C6:9609 (talk) 23:57, 30 January 2015 (UTC)
- As much as you may dislike some people in the world (past or present), please remember that making these kind of edits is disruptive to Wikipedia and what the websites tries to accomplish. Instead of making edits like that, why not focus on improving articles that you like or have personal interest with? :-) To answer your question: editing constructively and improving Wikipedia involves editing article content in a way that is neutral. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 00:33, 15 February 2015 (UTC)
Conflict of Interest
Oshwah,
I wanted to inquire about a Wikipedia page for myself (Jon Goode). I read all the conflict of interest and don't feel comfortable doing one of myself. I wasn't sure how to contact an editor. Briefly I have an author of four children's books with sports celebrities.
Pitching with the Papelbons Basketball with Big Baby Danny Woodhead: A Football Dream Come True Not Cool to Bully in School with Milan Lucic
I have created numerous promotions that have been all over the media including the Yankee Elimination promotion, where we eliminated the Yankee team name amongst New England area Little Leagues. It was covered by national media including CNN, ESPN and Steve Rushin did an article on the promotion in Sports Illustrated. It is also featured in college text books across the country. Other promotions include setting the Guinness World Record for the World's Largest Game of Duck, Duck Goose, the first-ever Human Home Run where we shot a human cannonball over the outfield wall and did the Jack Kerouac Bobble Head which was so popular it was accepted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
Thank you for considering.
Jon — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.128.211.179 (talk) 03:53, 4 February 2015 (UTC)
- First of all, I'm happy that you contacted an editor with your inquiry instead of just creating the article yourself. Creating the article yourself would have been highly discouraged by the community, as it represents a classic conflict of interest between yourself and, well... the article about yourself. When making edits to Wikipedia, please remember that Wikipedia is not a soapbox or means of promotion. Your above message to me came off as promotional within itself; you used the word "promotion" three times in your message when talking about yourself and I had to actually check your contributions to make sure that you weren't a bot :-). Honestly, the best thing to do is to constructively participate in other projects and articles that personally interest you, and let other editors who have no personal ties with you cross this bridge - don't let yourself get involved. Even injecting yourself in discussions about articles in which you have personal involvement with can be seen as a conflict of interest. I don't make any kind of edits or participate in any discussions to articles that involve my place of employment, where I went to college, or any other article that would compromise my ability to edit within a neutral point-of-view. I hope this response sets you in the correct direction and, should you decide to regularly contribute to Wikipedia, that you enjoy your time and remember that everyone's goal (should be) to improve and maintain the encyclopedia. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 00:33, 15 February 2015 (UTC)

Hey Oshwa just wondering what drives you to update such Wikipedia pages such as Aston villa? Are you employed or merely feel the need for correct information? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.170.35.65 (talk) 11:14, 4 February 2015 (UTC)

Hi
Hi, I received this message from you:
Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Preimplantation genetic diagnosis without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! ~Oshwah~
The content that I removed does not contribute to the understanding of the article. I removed three lines of direct quotation from a Canadian law, which state, in Canadian legal English, that the use of PGD for sex selection was banned. I replaced it with a reformatting of a short, concise para-phrasal which was already present in the article, and which had made the original quotation redundant before I removed it.
TLDR;
I cut away length without losing meaning. That's article hygiene.
I'm going to go back and in a second and fix that again- I'll try to be more explicit this time when I describe my edit.
Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 186.37.202.232 (talk) 00:49, 26 February 2015 (UTC)

Hi, I am in the middle of working on the page. I am new to editing and am a bit slow. If you could be patient i will add the citations. You may be aware that this weekend is Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-A-Thon weekend. There will be hundreds of new people using wikipedia, and they will be slow. Patience is appreciated. - Hi Jsm0925, and welcome to Wikipedia! It's awesome that you're here and that you wish to improve it :-)! The reason I reverted your edit to Diane Noomin is because of Wikipedia's Biography of living persons policy. It states that you cannot add any unsourced controversial information to articles of currently living persons. I have an obligation (according to the policy) to revert any such edits to articles on living persons immediately. You need to locate reliable sources to your edits first, then add them as you go. Please read this policy regarding the biography of living persons before you continue editing the article. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 00:59, 7 March 2015 (UTC)

I don't believe this article complies with WP:NOTE. Antiv31discuss 02:41, 8 March 2015 (UTC)
- Hi, Antiv31. Instead of adding that kind of content to the article, you can instead nominate it for articles for deletion or speedy deletion if you feel that it meets the criteria (make sure to read and understand both criteria before you do it). It'll be viewed as constructive as opposed to the edit you made to the article. Also, you should make test edits in the sandbox instead of in other people's talk pages, as you did here. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask me them. I'll be happy to assist you. Happy editing! ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 02:53, 8 March 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Antiv31. If you feel that the article can be constructive, and it doesn't meet any criteria for deletion, you can always expand the article with new content and sources :-). I forgot to mention that you're also welcome to add your opinion to the article's talk page. This will allow other editors to discuss it with you and come to a good consensus regarding what to do with it (if anything needs to be done). ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 03:04, 8 March 2015 (UTC)
Last Guardian Edit
Hello Oshwah!
I apologize for not explaining my deletion - I didn't even see that there was a box to explain. Thank you for pointing that out!
I have actually tried to delete this on many occasions. I come back to this page many times in the hopes of finding out new information with regards to this game, one that I'm still hoping sees a release date. And every time I scroll to the bottom, I'm irked by that Kotaku article reference. This tidbit of information tacked on to the end of the Last Guardian article is an opinion and not fact. It does indeed state a few times throughout that it is opinion: "Evan Narcisse for the website Kotaku opined..." and "....reducing the essentialness of the title, according to Narcisse." Even the original article it references is called "Maybe I Don't Need The Last Guardian Anymore." That's all well and fine for you, Mr. Narcisse, but I find this to be out of place on a page that references interviews and articles that reveal FACTS about the progress of the game. Whether or not I agree with what Evan Narcisse is trying to say is irrelevant. The point is that it is his opinion and it doesn't belong here.
What do you think? 74.131.212.230 (talk) 03:14, 8 March 2015 (UTC) Martina
- Hi, and thanks for sending me a message! Looking at the history of the article, that content has been removed before, and Martijn Hoekstra put it back. I highly suggest that you add your opinion to the article's talk page in order to draw discussion, and maybe message Martijn Hoekstra and ask him for input, since he was the one who restored it. This will help achieve consensus, which is one of Wikipedia's most important principles. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any assistance. I'll be happy to help. Also, you should make an account if you're going to be making edits! Go here if you want to make one. Either way, welcome to Wikipedia, and enjoy your stay :-) ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 03:28, 8 March 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks so much! You've been incredibly helpful. Tanzilliath (talk) 04:05, 8 March 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Tanzilliath! I see that you replied with a follow-up question, but removed it shortly afterwards. Did you mean to remove your question? ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 08:03, 8 March 2015 (UTC)
- I did have a question, but it seems to have been resolved. Now I have a new one! You said for me to go to the talk page and discuss my opinion in order to find consensus. The talk page has been mostly dead for a year, save for one person, with whom I am now trying to talk with. My question is: how do we form a consensus when it is just the two of us, and we both have wildly different opinions? What is the etiquette here? Especially if I am arguing with the person that wrote the piece I am trying to get removed? Tanzilliath (talk) 08:12, 8 March 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Tanzilliath! First of all, it's really great that you're asking these questions and taking the time to learn and understand Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I really hope that you continue to edit Wikipedia and ask more questions; I think that you'll make an excellent contributor. First of all, be be bold (no joke); don't be afraid to make edits to an article that you feel is right. Just make sure that you provide an explanation in the edit summary when you make changes. This will help explain your thoughts and reasoning to other contributors regarding the edit that you made. For example, take a look at this edit (I think this was you?). There was nothing added to the edit summary, so I restored the content back to the article and let this person know that I didn't understand why they removed it. If you remove content and provide information in the edit summary as to why you did it, you will be fine (just don't violate Wikipedia's three-revert rule). If someone reverts your edit and restores it, simply post your opinion on the talk page of the article, and add a message on that editor's talk page (such as you did to mine today :-) ) and discuss it - mention that you added a discussion to the article's talk page. That editor should be able to logically explain why he/she disagrees with the content removal. You will then be able to discuss it and take the appropriate action that you two agree with - that's consensus! It doesn't matter how many people participate... it matters that you two discuss the disagreement (positively :-) ) and come to an agreement. I hope that this answers your question and that you continue to edit Wikipedia and become a long-term contributor. I welcome you with the most sincere happiness. Please let me know if you have any more questions. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 08:50, 8 March 2015 (UTC)

- Hi, Antiv31. It looks like that user is banned from editing Wikipedia, as it says so on that account's user page and on the banned Wikipedia users category page. It must have happened a very long time ago, as I don't see any discussion pages or block logs for that account (remember that blocks are different than bans). I can't answer as to why that account is banned, but I can tell you that the account is banned. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 22:48, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Antiv31, the user talk history appears to suggest that Wanli was using Wikipedia as a store for their own files as well as adding large numbers of Google keyword articles. Before 2005 blocks and bans were handled differently, which is why there is nothing in the block log. Green Giant (talk) 11:06, 12 March 2015 (UTC)

Hello. I apologize for any incovenience I may have caused. I often see people advertising their town or certain facets of it in pages about small towns, and that looked like it was happening here, albeit in a smaller amount than some. This will help other editors to understand your reasoning behind the changes. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'll be happy to help you. Happy editing :-) ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 00:04, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
Can you please revert it as a redirect to Selfie#In popular culture, which already contains the same information? A selfie is not notable for a standalone article, even if it goes viral. Another editor agrees based on the talk page. Lots of other selfies, especially from celebrities have made headlines across the internet, but we are not going to have articles on every single one of them are we? 173.3.77.238 (talk) 00:47, 15 March 2015 (UTC)

Junior Vasquez
All the Junior Vasquez additions to the remixes have full back up on Discogs.com
Why did you delete them? Several I added links to but instead you just reverted back WITHOUT ASKING??
That was very impolite..but peace to you...it's too much work to go back and re-enter all the hard work and research I did.
Maybe next time think through before you just revert or delete? Someone may have done a LOT of work that you simply destroyed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:252:D50:9A90:CABC:C8FF:FEEE:C133 (talk) 01:34, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
- Good day to you! Looking at the edit history of Junior Vasquez, I see that you provided sources within the edit summary of some of your previous edits, but didn't add them to the article itself. The edit I saw here didn't have an edit summary provided at all, so I reverted it. Instead of adding your sources to the edit summary, you should add them to the article :-) - I highly recommend that you read and understand Wikipedia's guidelines on citing a reliable source (especially edits made to biographies of living persons). This way, your edits will be less likely to be challenged and reverted by other editors. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'll be happy to help you. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 03:19, 15 March 2015 (UTC)

I left the update on Manitowoc,_Wisconsin adding the fictional character Director Phil Coulson of S.H.I.E.L.D. It was mentioned on the season 2 episode 13 of ABC network's "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." that he was born and raised in Manitowoc. Besides being it mentioned more than once on the episode it is also listed on the official Marvel WIKI page: http://marvel.wikia.com/Phillip_Coulson_(Earth-199999) as his birthplace.
I know this is for a fictional character, but his character is clearly a notable figure from Manitowoc, even if it's just in a fictional universe.

Hi, I have just created a new article :https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAFCO .Can you please review it and tell me if it is OK? 1.Erfolg (talk) 16:13, 21 March 2015 (UTC)?
- Hi, 1.Erfolg - good to see you again! Sure can! After looking through the article, I find that it seems written like an advertisement rather than in an encyclopedic and neutral manner. A lot of the content looks to have been copied straight over from the company webpage (granted you cited it as a source), but can still be problematic in terms of copyright violations - be extremely careful when doing that kind of stuff. I would make sure that you read and understand Wikipedia's policy on citing sources and copyrights; violating those policies (especially when it comes to copyright violations) is a big no-no and if you're not careful, can get you blocked and even affect your future on Wikipedia should you edit long-term and want to gain community trust. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or need anything else. I'll be happy to help! ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 22:34, 26 March 2015 (UTC)

Talk page
Hi Oshwah, your talk page looks very nice. I was wondering how did you get yours to have that background? Is there a page or something where you get them from? Please help me out with this. Thanks a lot! Fresh Sullivan (talk) 18:43, 8 April 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Fresh Sullivan. It's a pleasure to meet you! Thanks for the compliment about my talk page colors. To answer your question, it's just a basic HTML div style tag that I typed up. Just edit your talk page and add this to the top:
<div style="background-color: #EBF5FF;">
- Don't add a closing tag on the bottom as you would (and should) on normal HTML webpages. New messages will be placed underneath the closing tag, making the background color appear white behind your new messages each time that somebody leaves one. The #EBF5FF represents the color you want your background to be. You can choose a different color by visiting an HTML color code generator webpage. I don't think I can provide a direct external link here for copyright reasons, but if you Google "HTML color codes", the top result should do you just fine. One piece of advice: Choose a light color that's easy on the eyes. Dark or flamboyantly bright backgrounds will annoy other editors and make your talk page hard to read. Again, it's great to meet you and happy editing :-) ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 23:02, 9 April 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks so much for the help!! I Googled that and chose an HTML color that I like, it's a little darker than yours. Thank you again, for helping me out. I got my talk page to like nicer. Happy editing! Fresh Sullivan (talk) 23:47, 9 April 2015 (UTC)

Hello,
Thank you for your interest in the edit I made to the article on Sex tourism. Thanks Oshwah. The change you reverted is highly relevant. In Australia, this is Eddie's biggest claim to fame and many people refer to him by the name 'Boofhead' instead of his given name Eddie - assigning nicknames is an Australian tradition. Eddie's nickname is recorded in our country's Hansard (transcripts of parliamentary debate) - the first and only Australian so far to have such a distinction. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Auswikifan (talk • contribs) 07:36, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
Edits to Eric Rasmussen (physician)
Hello, Oshwah,
I received word from Lin Wells, the former Asst Secretary of Defense, that he'd put up a page about me today. I went out to read it and saw a few errors and a few links that went to places that didn't exist. I've been working on them and just saw you revert some of them. There is a note from you that I broke a template to the Strong Angel entry, which I certainly did not intend to do, and have not gone out to that article. I did, however, write that article. My apologies if something I did on Eric Rasmussen (physician) altered something there.
But the stuff I'm changing on Eric Rasmussen (physician) is stuff that really needs to be changed. I am, of course, that person, and I'm signed in as me. Can you please tell me what I did that was incorrect? Most of these are factual changes or editorial alterations that are answering bad links or wrong citations. And they take a long time.
Advice, please?
(Ah. And on my returning to the page I see that you've reverted my change about what InSTEDD did while I was CEO back to "health informatics". I'm not sure why you'd do that. I know what InSTEDD did while I was CEO and that's not it. What I had put there was a proper correction. Could you please put my changes back? You also changed the Roddenberry Foundation and InSTEDD back to referencing Wikipedia pages that don't exist when I had made them proper external references. Now they are red again. That does not make sense to me. They turn red. They are clearly wrong references. Why revert to a wrong thing when it had been corrected?)
This article is about me. I'm fixing things that are wrong. Please help me understand what you're doing.
Thanks, Eric — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rasmussene (talk • contribs) 07:42, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Rasmussene, and welcome to Wikipedia! I appreciate you for taking the time to message me, and I'll be happy to assist you with your questions. The big issue that I see with your edits to Eric Rasmussen (physician) is that you indicated that this is an article about yourself. This represents a conflict of interest between yourself and, well... the article about yourself, which is behavior that is highly discouraged by the Wikipedia community. Before proceeding with any more edits to that article, you should read and understand Wikipedia's policies regarding Neutral point of view and conflict of interest, as it will answer most of your questions. Since you are new here, you might want to begin by starting with Wikipedia's Five pillars, as it is the best guideline for newcomers to begin. Please let me know if you have any more questions. I'll be happy to answer them. Again, I welcome you to Wikipedia and I hope that you enjoy your stay and become a long-term contributor here. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 07:55, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
- Oshwah, I've now read the Five Pillars. You state that your big issue is that I'm correcting an article written by someone else about myself. While I can certainly appreciate the principle of neutral point of view, I can also appreciate the value of fixing broken links, failed citations, typos, and factual errors that no third-party author, no matter how careful, could recognize. So I did those things. And you re-introduced them. Now there are red links again, and typos, and errors, all of which had been fixed. How does Wikipedia usually resolve such conundrums?
- Someone else messaged me on my talk page earlier this year citing the same questions that you had. I'm going to respond to you with the (similar) response that I gave to that user:
- Honestly, the best thing you can do is constructively participate in other projects and articles that personally interest you, and let other editors who have no personal ties with your article cross this bridge - don't let yourself get involved. Even injecting yourself in discussions about articles in which you have personal involvement with can be seen as a conflict of interest. To provide examples about myself: I don't make any kind of edits or participate in any discussions to articles that involve my place of employment, where I went to college, the city I grew up in, or any other article that would compromise my ability to edit within a neutral point-of-view. Other editors may have different opinions on what you should do, but I can say that this is the best way to contribute positively to Wikipedia and improve the project. I hope this response sets you in the correct direction and, should you decide to regularly contribute to Wikipedia, that you enjoy your time and remember that everyone's goal (should be) to improve and maintain the encyclopedia above all else. Please let me know if you have any more questions. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 08:23, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
- That's a delicate balance to walk, and I can appreciate the importance of neutrality. If the goal, though, above all else, is to improve and maintain the encyclopedia, and the improvements made earlier tonight fixed broken links and typos and other errors that clearly improved the article, and the goal of improvement is more important than neutral point of view, and there is no one else making these improvements (you're an editor, as you note above, with no personal ties, and you did not improve the article, you re-introduced all of the errors again) I'm puzzled about who is expected to fix things. As far as I can tell so far, that article is going to remain flawed. So that goal of improving is not being met, and won't be. Odd. But I'll accept it. We'll leave the encyclopedia un-improved and wrong to meet the secondary goal of neutral point of view. I think there is a logical fallacy in there somewhere, and I'm vaguely annoyed at having a nicer looking article with fewer typos broken again. But I have other things to do. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rasmussene (talk • contribs) 08:40, 17 June 2015 (UTC)

Request removal of PROD tag on Mrunal Bhosale
Hello,
Request you to consider my recommendation that PROD tag on Mrunal Bhosale article is no longer needed as the concern stated (non-notable boxer does not mean WP:NBOX) has been addressed in the latest edit. I have cited the link which clearly shows boxer has fought at national level in India, in an AIBA-affiliated tournament. Link cited is http://boxingindia.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/1st-Elite-Mens-National-Boxing-Champrionship-Results.pdf — Preceding unsigned comment added by 220.225.46.157 (talk) 07:50, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
- You are free to remove the PROD tag on any article. A single editor objecting to a PROD is enough to defeat it, as per WP:PROD. Please note that while this defeats the proposed deletion, it is possible the article may still be nominated for deletion using the WP:AFD process. This would trigger a discussion to create a consensus on whether the article should be deleted. For this reason, you should carefully consider whether the concerns raised by the editor who added a PROD tag were valid, and if so, if they were adequately addressed before moving the PROD. BU Rob13 (talk) 08:02, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
- Please accept my sincere apologies; I don't know why I reverted that edit. For some crazy reason, I thought that you were removing a CSD tag, which is why I reverted the edit in the first place. It's just one of those days, I guess. It looks like my reversion was fixed. I removed the warning from your talk page. Again, please accept my apologies. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 08:08, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
Youth akali dal
Hi Oshwah. I noticed that earlier tonight you reverted an edit by the original author of Youth akali dal that blanked the page. Because this was a good faith attempt by the author to request the removal of an article with copyright concerns and no substantial content added by anyone but the original author, I believe it should have been nominated for speedy deletion as per WP:G7. Just wanted to give you a heads up for future knowledge. If you feel differently about the appropriate action, feel free to respond here and I'll take another look. I'm watching the page, so no need to ping me. Thanks for working hard to combat vandalism! BU Rob13 (talk) 08:05, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
