Dead Quiet[edit]

Dead Quiet is a 2016 American Horror film written by Helena Ellison and directed by Roze about a young couple who must spend a night in their newly inherited abandoned building to disprove stories of it being haunted to an interested buyer when something goes terribly wrong.

Starring Jeff Hatrix, lead singer in the band Mushroomhead, and the actor known for his role in the horror film 13th Sign, Kip Weeks known for The Strangers and the Jerry Bruckheimer film Glory Road, Gabrielle Stone, daughter of actress Dee Wallace, known for her role in Speak No Evil, DJ Perry known for 40 Nights and Cara AnnMarie known for Containment.

Filming took place inside several historical (and rumored to be haunted) buildings in Pontiac, Michigan in including the Indian Hill Building at 31 N. Saginaw Street over a 20 day period in un-heated buildings in Polar Vortex temperatures in December 2013.

Plot[edit]

Nick has just been notified by an attorney that he ha just inherited a building from a relative he never knew he had.
