Major General Grant Douglas Cavenagh AO (ret'd) was a senior Australian Army officer notable for his roles as Commander of Joint Logistics and Head of Land Systems Division of the Australian Defence Force for which he was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) in the 2013 Australia Day Honours list.[1][2]
