Amanda Stalter

Amanda Stalter is an upcoming self taught artist from southern California. She began creating art in the spring of 2014 and shortly thereafter began exhibiting her work in local galleries. Now residing in Chicago, Illinois, Amanda has been featured in magazines, Books, and exhibited her work in both national and international galleries. Amanda pulls her inspiration from her shadowed past and conveys deep emotions with tales of optimism, magic, and wonder hidden in the world of the ordinary. "My ultimate goal is to tell my story. One that is both dark and light. My best hope is that doing so will also create optimism and light for others." There is much in store for Stalter's future with her new found love of charcoals and her relentless love of acrylic paints.
