'Pegacat' is the internet name of Dr Christopher Betts, lead developer on the JXplorer open source LDAP project, and the developer behind the NetMynd heirarchical wiki and the FriendHerder online organisational tool. He works with SOA, security and LDAP, as well as a good deal of general programming (usually in java).
