From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi there and welcome to my page! I’m fairly new to Wikipedia editing, so if you could help me or my articles in any way possible, I would greatly appreciate it! :)

A little bit about me:

I’m an undergraduate research assistant at a Canadian university and I’m currently involved with a project concerning advertisements from feminist magazines during the ‘70s and ‘80s. One of my primary goals here on Wikipedia, with the best of my newbie wiki-editing abilities, is to accurately and thoughtfully depict these magazines that were otherwise marginalized by mainstream publications. I’m writing about them on Wikipedia to increase awareness about their impacts, to ease accessibility of information for academics and curious minds alike, and to expand on the ever-growing feminist network in the World Wide Web. Plus, filling in Wikipedia’s gender gap isn’t so bad! :D
