During her college career at Rollins College Lindsay put the finishing touches on her design. She traveled around the world on the "Semester at Sea" and exposed herself to a different cultures that gave her inspiration for her designs. She then went on to work summers at Polo Ralph Lauren's leather division in NYC which helped her design process and business skills. In 2004 her patent was granted.
