Founded in 1992 by Kim Bahr, Decor Paint is a private company provides services to New York City and the Tri-State Area that specializes in custom design and decorative arts. DecorPaint preserves traditional European methods of Faux finishes, including faux marble (Marbleizing), faux bois (Graining), Venetian Plaster, and Trompe l'oeil.
The owner was trained at Pratt Institute in New York. Decor Paint has been featured in articles in Home Decorating. [1] Similar to C & R Decor Arts, Decor Paint serves architects, designers and individual needs. DecorPaint utilizes hand painting to create faux mosaics in Mediterranean styles.
