Proposed edits to the article "Restriction enzyme" for HW due 2/12/2016

Introduction:

"Restriction enzymes are commonly classified into five types, which differ in their structure and whether they cut their DNA substrate at their recognition site, or if the recognition and cleavage sites are separate from one another. The restriction enzyme cuts twice, each time cutting through the sugar-phosphate backbone of DNA (on both sides) Reason: Changed types of restriction enzymes because there are five types, and the introduction does not reflect this.

Recognition site:

The diagram that shows EcoR1/SmalI digestion should show how the DNA will look after cuts, much like seen in the table at the end of the page. That way someone who just needs a quick example doesn't read through the entire article and also to be a bit more clear.

Types:

"Naturally occurring restriction endonucleases are categorized into five groups (Types I, II III, IV, and V) based on their composition and enzyme cofactor requirements, the nature of their target sequence, and the position of their DNA cleavage site relative to the target sequence.[30][31][32]" Reason: Same as above, there are five types listed below, so intro to types should reflect this.

Also, I would put the Key before the list of Restriction enzymes, but that's a personal preference and probably not proper formatting.
