Conquest Air Cargo Flight 504 Conquest Air Cargo Flight 504 was a cargo flight from Nassau to Miami-Opa-Locka on February 8, 2019, operated by a Convair C-131 Samaritan, that crashed during a forced ditching after a total loss of power in both engines.[1] Of the two persons on board, both crew members, one was rescued, while the other is missing and presumed dead after the search for him was called off.[2]
