Jay Daniel Santiago

Jay Daniel Santiago is the current General Manager of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), serving his second term and making him the only individual to have held the position across two different presidential administrations. Santiago was appointed General Manager of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) in 2016 by then-President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. His tenure at PPA marked significant achievements, including historical milestones in revenue generation and dividend contributions. After completing his initial term, Santiago was re-appointed as General Manager by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in 2022, making him the only PPA General Manager to serve two consecutive terms under two different administrations.
