Hope everyone doing well !

I have never really shared my professional journey. All of us are aware about school, college and college campus placement.

I Score 88.66% in SSC X I score 75 in DCE I Score 70 in Bachlores I score 89 in Master

But was that enough to start career. I was failed to get job from college campus. I was not attend the aptitude exam. There was only one chance.

Real story of struggle is begin, I don't have job , no money, and also no food. I was in hostel so i stay there without paying fee for few month.

I was given interview multiple time but failed. I realised i can't do anything in my life. I don't want to share my problem with anyone so without informing any one i stay in hostel for 8 month without job.

Then i engage on social media and start using linked in , i got opportunity in IBM. I First round interview i cracked it. Job profile was PMO and Asset analyst. Later on completely move on PMO profile.

I met very good friend. He helped me a lot in learning and in career exposure.

He also help me to joined in my dream company. He helped me in interview preparation.

I am sharing this story because i seen people getting demotivated, lost, confused and depressed.

Let's normalise this , each one of us has been through these situations and emerged as better person.
