Overall, there's small to no article revision. I believe that the article could be a lot improved such as the flow of the article & some addition to the Chemistry part about those substances, regarding to the introduction of Dandelion Coffee.

Lead Section

From the original article, it is a good lead section with clear and straight-to-the point introduction about what dandelion coffee is.

The author can elaborate on where the name came from, or other additional aspects of the tisane. But, it was originally well-put with the core information.

Content

The content is interesting with the sections of Harvesting, Preparation & Research, but as I mentioned, it will be great if it has a content structure of each step about the tea, and a easy-to-follow flow of content such as the step before harvesting, and the 'Preparation' title could be changed to a less confusing one, as well as the 'Research' section. The side story about how the dandelion coffee got people's attention is a good point to present some of the beliefs the community has regarding this tisane. However, we should be careful not to make it sound biased because of different standpoints that could be found.
