Rules[edit]

Make a new red link[edit]

You can add a new red link to the list when there is room for one!
The list is not longer more than 20 links!
When there is room for one more, add!

When there is a blue link in the list, then that is an illegal link! Replace it with a red one! Also, give the old blue link a place in the Coldlist!

Try to add a non-existing topic from a subject other than those represented on the list. That allows us to keep a diverse list.

Motivation of your wishes[edit]

Please tell us why you want the article to exist, and what the topic is! For instance:

  1. Audiotransparent - Dutch band - I love their music; they are hip in Canada too! - Quichot 20:14, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

Sign[edit]

Sign, so we know who is wishing, and who to ask in case their request is unclear! (Sign with: ~~~~)

Red links can be removed after a month[edit]

When there is a red link older than a month you can remove it. It looks like this article is not that wanted, and is just in the way on the hotlist! Another way is to make the article. The link gets blue and can be moved to the cold list!

Inspiration[edit]

See Wikipedia:Requested articles

What is a good red link?[edit]

Be sure that you have the correct title! When you think Tom Cruise needs an article, type Tom Cruise and see: there he is already. When you link like this: Tom Cruse, that is a waste of your time!
Look around first!

Don't make a link to an article you are about to write yourself. Make links to articles that you can't write! (or don't want to write, just read)

Are you ready, here is the:

Hotlist[edit]

Oh, how I want this article!

Replace a blue link for a really wanted article (wanted by you), please.

  1. Audiotransparent - Dutch band - I love their music; they are hip in Canada too! - Quichot 20:14, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
  2. Frai Maks, alternate spelling Frei Maks (with most Google hits for the first one, but second could be found on his official web site). A famous modern Russian fantasy writer. And my favorite one. I would love English wiki to have an article about him. TestPilot 18:16, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
  3. Isotopy (linguistics) (de|fr and 2 other languages) - this important subject in the field of semantics should not be missing here. Solejheyen (talk) 08:39, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
  4. Diania cactiformis - "Walking cactus", interesting fossil found in China {{current fossil}} [1] [2] [3] [4]. - Aiko (talk) 10:36, 24 February 2011 (UTC)

Coldlist[edit]

Bloodred it was, but blue as the sky are they now!

When you see a red link here, it's illegal!

  • The article never existed, or
  • The article was removed from wikipedia after getting blue

You can put the link back in the hotlist, if there is room for it!

Removed links from the hotlist:
