Roland Peter Willows ( born 16th April 1958- is an English cricketer.

Roland Willows was born in Shoreham -by-Sea- in Sussex and represented Middlesex C.C.C as a right hand batsman and right arm bowler. He scored 232 runs and took 4 catches his highest score of 52 runs not out v Surry C.C.C in 1974. One of his proudest moments was playing in the winning Middlesex second eleven Championship Team of 1974 with Mike Gatting,John Emburey,Phillip Edmonds, Ian Gould and Larry Gomes he also represented Brighton and Hove Cricket Club playing alongside Jerry Morley, Andy Dindar,Tony Greig and Iian Greig from 1974 to 1990. He also represented Sussex Young Cricketers and England Schools prior to taking a professional coaching role at Sussex C.C.C from 1980 to 1988 and was appointed cricket professional for Newlands School in Seaford, Sussex and St Bede's School in Eastbourne, Sussex from 1980 to 2000.
