Mulakubajji

Mulakubajji, also known as മുളകുബജ്ജി, is a snack in the South-Indian state of Kerala. It is mostly eaten as a snack with dipping mixes made with onions. It’s insides are not much, as it contains Bajji Chilli (also known as ^[1]), and a golden-brown layer on the outside.
